The The Lazy Donkey Story

A trader lived in a small village. Trader used to sell many items in the market and earn money. The trader had a donkey and used to load sacks and sell them in the market. The trader donkey was very considerate.

He knows that donkey is very important for his business. The donkey was very clean and clean blood, gave it very good and full of food. The donkey was young and powerful. He used to carry a lot of sacks to the market but the donkey was also lazy. It did not like to work. Just wanted to sit, eat, relax and sleep.

One day the donkey said, will have to go to the market again. The owners never leave. I like holiday Maybe the owner doesn’t need rest, but I do.

But the donkey did not know how much damage it would do if the owner took a single day off. If the owner does not have money, then donkey should not be eaten.

The trader sells a lot of market commodities such as beans, grains, fruits, vegetables with market demand.

The trader used to leave the village every day to go to the market. They had to cross a river to reach the market. The trader would very carefully get the donkey to cross the river.

One day a trader friend told that there is a great demand for salt in the market. The trader said or thank you for telling me, my friend, I should start selling salt now.

Soon the trader set out to sell 12 sacks of salt. 6 sacks began to be loaded over the donkey. Then realized that the sacks were too heavy and the donkey could not even walk, then the donkey would have lost too much weight.

The trader took a sack from his the back so that the donkey could not suffer. But still the donkey was not moving forward, the traders understood the condition of donkey. The trader knew that the donkey is also lazy. He took out a stick and struck one. Come on now, don’t be so lazy, you have taken a lot of rest now. Now we have to go to the market.

The trader’s salt sacks were all sold that day. My friend was right in saying that the salt demand in the market is increasing. The trader started selling salt daily.

He fills sacks of salt and smothers the donkey. The donkey sometimes carried 5 or sometimes 6 sacks. Although the donkey is never happy but on returning home he breathes a sigh of relief. The trader’s salt sacks were all over, so the donkey got some rest.

After a few days, the trader again loaded the sacks of salt and started walking towards the market when the trader reached the river, the water of the river was too much.

Today we will walk slowly, I do not want to fall here by slipping in water. They had already crossed the Adi river, when the donkey slipped on a stone and fell down.

The trader pulled the donkey up and made it cross the river. The donkey was in fear and shock. He felt something and said or sacks is on my the back right now, but why his weight is not known. This river definitely has magical power. The donkey did not know that there was no magic power in the river, but when that water fell, all the salt in the river sacks dissolved, so he felt light.

The trader noticed that there was no salt in the sacks anymore and said all my hard work was wasted. What will I sell in the market now? Well, nothing happened to the donkey. Now going to the market is totally useless and now I go back home.

The donkey started saying that the back is no weight and even discharge from work, the river really has magic power. Returned home after riding his half way. He had a full day, ate his stomach and slept. The donkey was very happy.

The next day the trader again loaded 6 sacks load and over the donkey and started towards the market.

Donkey said that yesterday was a lot of fun but today we have to work again. I can postpone work even today. I can reduce the weight of my back and go back home. Just like yesterday, the magic power in that river, I am sure I will definitely be discharged.

The trader walked towards the market as soon as he reached near the river, the donkey moved a few steps ahead, before the trader could stop him, the donkey sat in the same place where he had fallen earlier.

The trader said to the donkey, what are you doing, stand up idiot, but it was too late, the salt kept on the donkey was melted again. There was no booze, the donkey was very happy.

The donkey said that there are no work, no weight, no work is done.

The trader was thinking that what happened after all, what if the donkey could not sit in the water He is such a the lazy donkey, I care so much and he treats me like this. I take it home and teach it a lesson.

The donkey felt that there was a good way to escape from work, but the trader had also made some determination.

The next morning, the trader loaded 8 sacks over the donkey. The donkey did not complain and said 8 why I am not aware of the weight. What difference does it make me the owner to carry any number of sacks on my back. I am going to market

The trader quietly took the donkey to the river. Donkey said, now it’s time to show me the magic. While crossing the river, the donkey then went to the same place where it slipped as usual and sat in the water. But this time the trader did not help the donkey at all.

As soon as the donkey tried to get up and said, Are you my back, what is happening? Why is my back hurting so much?

The trader was a very clever man, he knew that the donkey would adopt the trick again. That is why cotton sacks were filled instead of salt. As soon as the donkey sat in the water, the cotton absorbed the water and its weight became heavy.

The trader looked at him and started laughing and said, “Will you fool me?” Now you have to go to the market and then return to home with that 8 sacks.

The donkey understood that there is no magic power in the river. Now the donkey had to go to the market with 8 sacks load the back and return home.
